We are delighted to announce that Poland's largest and longest-running civilian aerobatic group, ‘Żelazny’, will be showcasing its skills at Saturday's Picnic.
The show will be full of excitement, precision and sky-high perfection. Founded out of love for aviation and passion for aerobatic and team flying in 1999, the ‘Żelazny’ formation is famous for performing the most difficult and spectacular evolutions in the air.
During the flight, the machines are separated by only a few metres. At the same time and in one designated area of the show, the planes fly in formation, which they separate and combine accordingly, performing individual figures. Most elements are performed symmetrically, repetitively or in full formation.
The formation uses high-performance Extra 330 aerobatic aircraft, which are among the most popular aerobatic aircraft in the world. They were constructed to perform higher and high-performance aerobatics.
