A very important priority for our University is improving training conditions by modernizing infrastructure and purchasing the latest equipment. These actions are a crucial element in maintaining a high level of our comprehensive educational offer. Hence, the construction from scratch of a modern sports and entertainment hall that meets the requirements for organizing competitions in volleyball, basketball, and handball at the championship level.
The expansion of this part of the sports infrastructure took 3 years. The agreement for the execution of the investment was signed by PAFU with the company Erbud S.A. from Warsaw on October 1, 2021. The cost was estimated at over 48 million PLN. The new facility is nearly 74 meters long, 49 meters wide, and almost 12 meters high. The main stands with seats were designed for 500 spectators, with the possibility of increasing this number by an additional 250 seats. The building of the sports and entertainment hall contains the main sports hall and a two-story facility with a lobby, reception, elevator, 10 changing rooms for athletes, as well as 5 exercise rooms for equipment, gymnastics, climbing, table tennis, a gym, and martial arts training. Simultaneously, next to the hall, a football pitch with an

On December 10, 2024, a ceremonial opening of the aforementioned investment took place, attended by the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of National Defense, Mr. Stanisław Wziątek.
